Terms of service
These terms apply to EcomVital (also called ProfitDesk inside the app), operated by Value Ventures Limited, Hong Kong (company no. 73922982).
1. Private beta
EcomVital is in private beta. Access is by invitation only; accounts are created by the account owner. Features may change, and the service is not yet offered for sale. Registering interest on ecomvital.com does not create an account or any obligation.
2. Connecting accounts
By connecting a Shopify store, Google account, Meta business, payment account or mailbox, you confirm you are authorised to do so for that business. You can disconnect at any time. Changes to advertising accounts are only made when a team member approves them, or under rules a team member set up.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login private and tell us about any unauthorised use.
- Use EcomVital lawfully and in line with the terms of the platforms you connect (Shopify, Google, Meta and others).
- Make sure your stores' privacy notices cover the tracking and customer-service processing described in our privacy policy.
4. Figures and advice
Figures are calculated from the data connected services provide and from cost information you supply. They support business decisions; they are not financial, tax or legal advice. AI suggestions and drafts should be reviewed before use.
5. Availability and liability
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Value Ventures Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from figures in the app.
